Do you mean, which service should you get? There are websites where you put in your address, and it gives you a list of most of your available options. it usually comes down to

From your cable TV company.
DSL, from your phone company
Satellite, from Hughes.net
Land-based wireless broadband

All three are good, and cost about the same. Some a little less, some a little more. However, each has some peculiarities. For example, Satellite is not good for fast-twitch games.

Another possibility is that a close neighbor already has broadband, and would be willing to let you share.

Otherwise choose from SDSL, Wireless considering location & price.
