Hey people! I am a China Chinese staying in Singapore. I am going to Taiwan to travel for 2 weeks. Do I need to apply for VISA if I am holding a China passport?

Plus, are there connecting flights from Taipei to Harbin?

Please answer! Thanks!

It may be best for you to search for the answer at Taiwan's Bureau of Consular Affairs website, at http://www.boca.gov.tw . Forms and procedures are available for download there. It seems that you can follow the usual procedure of visa application at the Taipei Representative Office in Singapore. It's at 460 Alexandra Road #23-00 PSA Building, Singapore 119963. There are connecting flights between Taipei and Harbin. One stop via Seoul, or two stops via HK and Guangzhou. (http://www.expedia.com/pub/agent.dll?qscr=fexp&flag=q&city1=TPE&citd1=HRB&time1=720&time2=720&cAdu=1&cSen=0&cChi=0&cInf=&infs=2&date1=11/14&date2=11/21&&zz=1162292502406&)

Visa question is as good as asking "do I need a visa if I fly from mainland China to Taiwan". Your nationality don't change with location.

As for the flight question... check out the airline websites.
