I agree with Baby....I would then look into reporting it to a international news agency.

quietly collect evidence...by written documentation that is timed and dated for each incident, and document the people who were present each time. maybe look into the agency who licenses this organization...when you gather enough documentation, report it. maybe to a news journalist, anonymously, to see if you can get their support.also try to elicit help from co-workers if you can find someone who is as offended by this abuse as you are...there is strength in numbers.
there has to be a board of directors, and agencies who support this orphanage with financial support...that may be a way to go also. much good luck to you...you are doing the right thing!!

Go really quietly about your business of collecting evidence, a non- flash camera is good! especially a digital one, concealed of course! And if you wish to collect verbal evidence then I would suggest one of those concealed microphones! That would pick up any incriminating evidence against them! Oh! I've just had a thought! If you contacted the police, they would probably provide all the equipment you would need! Even a female police officer to back you up! Give them a discreet ring, you never know! Good luck in your venture, and keep us up to date on how it turns out!

This reads big! did you think of the probability that one of the abusers read Yahoo Answers? If you have the conviction to carry out as they suggest above then carefully plan each step you take as it sounds like you will be a floater if you are caught.
Are they so big talking to the American embassy would mean risk? scratch that.. find like minded as you, keep your ears on. good luck and time to put the James Bond suit on. DO KEEP IN TOUCH!

I would contact, anonymously (or not), the law, and suggest they launch an investigation by installing an undercover agent on premises,

Be silent and collect as much evidence as possible. When you are friends with someone who is powerful, enlist their help. These things take time.

This is too complex a situation for anyone to give advice over a forum such as this.
