Im partnering up with this buddy of mine to open up a business....its somewhat like a business cafe.....we will have a total of 40 computer work stations capable of surfing the web, and windows xp operating systems. 15 of those computers will be gaming capable computers we will also have printing, faxing services and mailing services, it will be close to schools and shopping centers i just want honest opinions if you think this business will hit and if it were your business what would you add to it and if you were a customer what would you want from it and or see in this business thanks all!!

I would not add anything yet. Wait and see what the demand is. It sounds like a pretty good business. We have something similar where I live. The only complaint I have ever had is when things do not work correctly. I have gone there when I was in a hurry and then it ends up taking too long. So keep everything in good working order and have qualified employees to help. Other than that, it is a great service and a great business.
The one I go to also sells some office supplies, so you might consider that.

I would add wireless internet capability and charge by the hour so that if someone wanted to bring their laptop in they could. You may also want to sell blocks of time or even sell memberships that come with blocks of time or grants a discount to members.

I would want it to be a combination of a snack refreshments with the computers.
I would want to serve a hot new item that would bring Starbucks to it's knees (the overpriced bas+++++ds!).
I would want it to be that good that it could start a new franchise.
Perhaps introducing new state of the art computers/peripherals would make it very attractive as well.

good furnitures..stylish yet comfortable.lan system, and hmm..latest pc's..with cafe...not to say with heavy food etc..
just nice drinks..and a really comfortable place..oh yeah, with privacy!
