Who says he can't or isn't? As far as what I've heard or been told, God is supposed to be everything and all powerful. If that is the case, then that would make him love in any form including the foot fetish guy. As for sleeping in till noon, I'm sure God hits the snooze button every once in a while too.

Because the dirty old man with a foot fetish job was taken by Satan so God chose the 'love' gig.

God can be anything you want him to be. "Love, A dirty old man",or the universe, as long as you realize he is stronger than you, and life without him is incomplete.
