Arizona or Switzerland (I am not sure though). Probably there are lots of new jobs there. Africa is a good alternative for the unemployed.

Nigeria with 132 million...because the British commercialized it because of all its resources...people stay there because of it's central location and prximity to employment...mines, oil etc...
