I know nothing could be harder than being jilted. Try and learn to live such hard facts of life. Look for some other partner and lead a happier life and that would a befitting reply who dumped you over like nothing.

Yes its very hard but that's life. Everybody goes through this at least most of us. The phase may last from a few weeks to a few months to maybe a yer o two depending on how cope.

Remember after dark clouds comes bright sunshine. You will find someone else and your affections will get transferred to your new partner. Gradually your broken heart will heal and life will look good again.

That's really a tough one. Try making new friends, having a new circle of friends. Change jobs. Go out and do new things that you normally wouldn't do, and meet new people. Time and new experiences can help you get over somebody.

Get them out of your life. You have to remember that you're number 1. Your life will continue with or without them. You need to make the most of it. Its not healthy to be obsessed with someone that doesn't want you back. Find things that make you a better and happier person. The right person for you will be attracted to your inner strength. Trust me I've been there, a lot!

Honestly? Find yourself a throwdown. Someone to "physically" help you forget about the girl that left you. Do you drink? That helps too. Mix those 2 ingredients together and you should be good in about 2 weeks. Good Luck.

you sound like one of my best friends did over his ex girlfriend. if they are playing games they either want it over, but are afraid of being alone, or are just trying to prove dominance by seing how wipped you are. Either way it is a loose/loose situation for you. so cut you losses, go out with your friends, get drunk, and hook up with some random girl (that was the thing that made him realize that he didn't really need her and that there are really more fish in the sea. just make shure she isn't a dog, and don't act desprete).
