I am surprised that your GP hasn't referred you for testing if you've had 3 miscarriages and he/she knows you have stage 3 endometriosis. I'm so sorry this has happened to you, i've had a m/c myself and know how horrible it can be. You need to push your GP for basic blood tests & scan of your pelvis/ovaries. It is possible that your m/c have nothing to do with your endo, but to do with your hormones & things. Basic tests would rule these out. Then you should push for a referral to a recurrent miscarriage clinic. These, sadly, only test women who have had 3 or more m/c as the funding just isn't there. But you should qualify.
Hope you get somewhere.
