These days they can reverse a vasectomy with better than a 50% success rate, and yes, they can still get sperm from him to fertilise your eggs

go in for a vasectomy reversal .as for the extraction, dont think thats possible, but ask your doc

wake up people! They even "grow" sperm from the tissue they take from testicles when there are no sperms at all. So yes it is possible but pregnancy is always a bit of a luck, but noone can give you a guarantee

He can have it reversed but that is really painful (I know 2 guys who had it done this year), expensive, painfull, and did I mention painfull. As far as anyother way I don't know of

no, he'l have to reverse the procedure..you can't just extract sperm from testicles....they have to produce it

i believe the doctors can do so, thats how ivf come about too i think. no harm asking the doc's opinion
