She used to sleep from 7pm until 6 am until a month ago. Now she wakes a couple of times and will settle after a feed. She has three good meals a day and three milk feeds plus 2 naps in the morning and at lunch.

don't worry you're not the only one, I have a 13 1/2 month old daughter and she was sleeping through the night then all of a sudden she started waking 2 and 3 times a night, I didn't know what was going on, she did that for about 4 or 5 months and shes just getting now to where she sleep through the night again, so don't worry it will pass, even though it doesn't seem like it .

if her afternoon nap is late..try napping her earlier and maybe making bedtime a little later than 7. Also try giving her some cereal or something filling about an hour before bed.

just teach her the sleeping patterns, i am sure all mothers will agree, my son was the same until i got the trick from my gand mother and step sister.make sure she is warm, and then learn what she likes best. some babies like to sleep in a noisy area( as such put a slow music in her room and she will think you are with her all along) some like quietness,. most of all ask your husband or partner if you were the same when you were pregnant with her. babies tend to follow the same routine as when they were unborn.
