If you want hairy lips, perhaps Rogaine would help? You may also want to put up a picture of a werewolf on your bathroom mirror to stay psyched about stimulating hair growth.

If by "going bald" you mean that skin is peeling off, then ask "My friend's lips are chapped and the skin is peeling off... she is not using any make-up. Can anyone pls help?
My lips get chapped when I am dehydrated. Dehydration can occur for many reasons. First (maybe after getting her a glass of water), examine her diet. Is it healthy? Does she eat junkfood? Red meat? Saturated fats? No fiber? Lots of refined carbs? Does she smoke? Drink? Caffeine? If none of these is the problem, increase fluid intake greatly. Perhaps get a humidifier for where she sleeps. If nothing improves it, then I would guess an allergy, to who knows what, and after that (if it is not an allergy and nothing else helps) I would guess something very serious is wrong, perhaps glandular in nature, or affecting the glands.
