or maybe a scary movie marathon and you dress up as your favoright scary movie killer

Dunno if these are any good:
Old movies- people could come dressed as a famous vintage movie star/character from an old movie
Icons from America's history - you know, presidents, people who have made an impact on the world like Martin Luther King
Memories from childhood - favourite children's TV characters, old toys/games that sort of thing.
Or pick a different country such as France, Britain, or somewhere - everyone must dress as something/someone from that country, you could serve traditional food/drink from that country, play music etc.
I'm a bit short of ideas dueto lack of sleep - hope that helps!

you could have aletter party u pik a letter of the alphabet and tell every one to come dressed as something that starts withthat letter

hey you could have a hawaiian theme...every one in multi coloured clothes, shorts, flowery tshirts, spags, etc
no jeans allowed...
food: light food like salads, pineapple-cheese
drinks, cocktails...no cold drinks.....
keep no chairs...only carpets and diwans if possible ...some loud music...NO TV
