Yes, Barack Obama, the US born son of an African father and American mother, may run for US President. He's currently a US Senator from Illinois, and the link below is to his official site. He's extremely smart and an excellent speaker, so I believe he'll end up in a high position--perhaps a cabinet secretary, ambassador, or Vice President if he doesn't make it to President.

Barack Obama has the best chance of President in 2008. Women like him, he gives good speeches, and great ideas.
Republicans have JC Watts, and Condi Rice. They are smart too!
