I want to know if the mother of a 2 month old child develops active herpes,can she feed the child.The mother had HSV2 before pregnancy.Right now my child does not have infection.

i would not advise it as anything a mother has can be past on to the child though brest feeding

No i would not advice that you would do that. Sont take any chances with something like that.
