Buy a Faultless Hot Iron Cleaner or put a thin candle between two paper towels and iron over them until your glue disappears. You may also try acetone. Clean iron truly after wards.

Scrape most of it with a sharp knife. Turn it on very high to dissolve the leftover glue. Iron a wet rag

After the iron is dry, wipe with WD-40. It will take it right off. Just make sure to wipe down really well after.

My Mother used to put salt on the board and iron the salt on medium heat... Or you could use a very fine sandpaper... Extra fine..
