yes- now they are generated by computer, so there probably aren't any human errors going into their creation.

if the problem is made rationally, then yes, the solution does exist
if i just any random nos. anywhere and say its a sudoku puzzle, then it won't have a solution (unless im very luckY!)

yeah..as far as i knw bcuz all the sudokus i worked out gave me back perfect solutions.
