I dont know if you would class it as a horror film but as a 7 year old,Jaws scared the s**t out of me and as a result it is my all time favorite film in any genre! The Evil Dead Trilogy and the old Universal Monster movies from the 30's 40's and 50's are all top class. Best recent horror comedy is Shaun of the dead and i know i am in a minority on this but i really like both of the Resident Evil films,especially the second one "Apocalypse" as i love the way that you can recognise so many scenes from the games and Sienna Guillory is absolutely gorgeous. I also like the Hellraiser films.
