Try cleaning your temporary files and browser cache; download ccleaner - it's free and the site has a useful tutorial
htpp://www.ccleaner.com

install and run; if you are using Internet explorer, make sure the browser is closed and tick the boxes for temporary internet files and cookies; check the box for index.dat files too - these will be cleaned when you reboot your pc. In the system files section , place a tick in the box for temporary files. Click on the applications tab, scroll down to multimedia and tick the box for windows media player.

Ok ready:?

Go to TOOLS/Internet Options/Programs Tab/Reset Web Settings,

Next, Go to Advanced Tab/ Restore Defaults is right above ok & Cancel Buttons.....Click on that.

Next See what your cookie settings are in the Privacy tab make them no higher than medium.

Go to, Security TAb..highlight globe and click Default Level Button.

Also, Make sure you disable your Firewalls privacy servic. This icon is down by your clock if its running. Make sure you expand the selection by click the dbl black arrows if they are there. You want to see ALL icons there and make sure you firewall settings are low. Just right click on it and click disable. If you need to, disable the whole thing and see if that is the problem. Make sure you try the other things first.
If right click and the "privacy policy" comes up in the drop menu, just disable that.
