Taskmaster would have the edge in abilities--but Slade is the better tactics guy! This would be a very interesting event!
But after a loooong battle I think Taskmaster walks away with the victory! Seems to be able to use anybody's style against them so he could figurre out Deathstrokes and use it agains him!
cool question---would make 4 a great series!

If I understand Taskmaster's abilities, he is able to visualize and imitate another person's fighting style, learning it instantly. He has done this with Captain America, for example.
(When the CA identity was taken away from Steve Rogers by the US government and they made someone else CA, so that Steve wore a black and white outfit and called himself just 'the Captain' for a while, the government brought in the Taskmaster to train the new CA in the use of the shield.)
So, since the Taskmaster has fought plenty of enemies and learned lots of personal fighting styles, he could do the same with Slade Wilson, AKA Deathstroke, the Terminator. After only a couple minutes into the fight, he would understand what Wilson was capable of and what his weaknesses were.
The advantages Wilson has is the fact that he has heightened reflexes (about 3x faster than a normal human) and strength (also about 3x stronger than normal.) But Tasky has had so much experience fighting people who out-strengthed him, not to mention the fact that many martial arts systems are designed to use an opponent's strength against him, that Wilson's speed would be his ONLY advantage.
So, mano-a-mano, Tasky has the edge. But I think that Wilson (who always plans very carefully and researches his oponent before he goes after him) would realize this, and use his speed to strike a telling blow from the very outset of the fight.
Easiest of all, Wilson would probably use a sniper rifle from a distance. Presto! No more Taskmaster. He would have to be a fool to get into a hand-to-hand with the guy, and Wilson is no fool.
But if you are saying that they are somehow trapped or tricked into fighting together, with no possible prior preparation, then Tasmaster wins. He is the ultimate improvisor, with his ability to instantly learn an enemy's fighting style.
