Few notes:
- when you are under a certain level, censoring is automated. That means if a person reports you, the question is automatically removed without being reviewed.
- sometimes, and I have even done this, we don't mean to be offensive but we do. We sometimes violate the rules even when we think we are being mature and fair.

I'm not sure, but I had a question deleted because someone reported it...for not being a question. It WAS a question.
Someone on here (the question has since been deleted) hinted that we should assassinate our president. SO, I asked everyone if that sort of thing should be reported to the FBI, and provided a link to the question. To be honest, I really wasn't sure if it was an explicit threat, enough to warrant calling the FBI.
Well, as I said, it was reported. I think there's someone reporting all of my questions and answers, because that was like the sixth violation notice I received in 48 hours.
I've been a member of this site for over six months, and I had only received an average of one violation notice a month. Suddenly I had six? Ridiculous.
I think we need to start a no-reporting for stupid reasons campaign.

It doesn't take a genius to tell where many people are coming from. There is consistency to the answers, with some type of break in between to throw everybody off guard.
So, have a look at the web sites of anyone you feel is any type of a threat. And, if you could figure it out, with high powered technologies, you better believe the government can trace the answer posted on this and any other site.
So, let whoever it is answer your questions and sit back and realize that the question and the answers can and will be traced.
It's called the Patriot Act.

Not yet, they are probably presently busy in dealing with Allied troops in Afghanistan.
Might not have enough time to spend here.
Militant Taliban talk less and act more, while it is the other way round in Q&A.

If not them, then certainly the yanks have, on the UK/Ireland site. I got a violation a couple of days from some prat on the American site - for (get this!!!) PROFANITY !!! It isn't even on the bleeding list of possible abuses, and there was nothing in my answer that isn't in the Oxford English Dictionary!
What REALLY pissed me off though was that because it was sent from America, it wouldn't accept a "return" email, so I couldn't even tell them to piss off let alone appeal about it !!!
