The idea is to be able to 'bend' the ply, into a circle about 350mm wide --- and to laminate it for strength.

I dont think you can buy this in any store. You may want to special order from a lumber mill, and you will get the expert opinion. One ply of plywood is 1 mm and the thinnest plywood is 4 ply.

2mm is very thin.

However i read your sub-comments and i think you want flexi-ply.

You can buy this in many wood places, maybe not DIY shops but certainly wood merchants that builders use. try somewhere like "Timber Centre"

flexi-ply has grooves on one side to allow it to bend to some really tight radius, certainly 350 mm diameter is no problem for 5mm flexi-ply. Its very strong too.

Builders / Timber merchants. If nec they will order it for you. Don't go to a Diy store, the quality is poor.
