Don't do it. It could seriously backfire on you if the humane society shows up. You'd have some serious explaining to do, and you'd look bad no matter what.
Plus, some people have dog phobias, too.
Save the trick for a party with friends who already know your dog.

Anything foam-like that has any business being anywhere near your dog's mouth will be licked off in nanoseconds.

Bad idea! People are to quick to sue others. They will get bit and accuse your dog of biting them!

dont do it, anything that looks like foaming at the mouth could make your dog sick, shaving cream and such, grow up.
