hourglass figure is often idealized (same size bust and hips, smaller waist). but pear shape is getting some fans thanks to stars with ample behinds. and then others are fans of the apple shape (bigger chest). there is no best shape. figure out what your best feature is and play it up...or features if you're one of the lucky ones with many :) the body is attractive in many shapes.

in greek women most figures they have are much more of a belly existing, chubby looking,yet hour glass shape and it is considered to them as beautiful. me i go to a chubby looking chick and model figure kinda girl...i wonder what it would actually look like??...O_o
