Is the WWE in another developmental stage?

Is it me or does it feel like the WWE is going back to the same place they were before the "Attitude" era? I am not talking about storylines or anything like that, just the emotion of it all, it's just not as fun as it was a few years ago. I am finding it harder and harder to watch the entire show, weither it be Raw, Smackdown, or ECW. Does anyone agree with me?

I totally agree, I honestly know that a couple years ago when the XFL was developed u could tell Vince McMahon was looking to make more money... It didn't work which really suprised me, and probably suprised McMahon, but I think he thought it was time to spruce up WWE... now that I think about it he turned around and bought out WCW and ECW so apparently he wasnt that despreate for money, but anyways when they all came together I was stoked, but it started with the WWE vs. WCW vs. ECW, then they had that draft had it was like they were trying to make it more like a real sport with RAW and SMACKDOWN and velocity and heat as a recruiting show... didn't really please me much because you couldn't see THE BEST matchups anymore, you wanted to see raw guys beat smackdown guys, it was boring... recently they brought back ECW but its still got that asmosphere that u cant see the best versus the best... with the return of DX and the dark side of the undertaker, the cena vs. booker vs. big show is kind of combining shows again, but I honeslty think it is back in the development stage where bishoff is getting back into things and he'll soon take over a branch, but hopefully they will make big alliances like WCW and WWE size, but more like DX, FOUR HORSEMAN, groups like that, but with 20 so people.... that way superstars can be on any shows, but have certain people that have eachothers backs.... ya know what i mean i think thats the only way WWE will get its edge back.... big huge alliances, and then the small alliances that everyone goes through or to for help or problems.... its gonna be interesting when next year comes around how different it is, but i think its getting to the point where McMahon needs to try and bring back some of the showtime and fun and get rid of the politically correct groups and story lines... werent the days good with the CENSORSHIP, DX, the ODDITIES, EVOLUTION, DARKNESS, all that well first bring back road dogg and jesse james, the hardy boys, dudley boys, and the brood, THE ORIGINAL with the blood baths...

raw is cool but smackdown is kind gay know i mean like the olny reason peopple watch it is becuse undertakers on there and now raw has most of the high flyers like jeff hardy and the only real high flyer is london and kendreick .but tna has some old wrestler like raven and the dudley boyz there called team 3-d now but yeah and they have some guys you wouldnt belive could bounce of the ropes flying every where

I look back and theres been better storys and matches when I watch previous years of wwe like the wwf vs wcw and stone cold vs rock match

yes i agree but i still enjoy Raw but Smackdown is crap there is nobody to excite anymore like The Rock and Stone Cold it is getting a bit boring but i still like to watch but its not like it was 5years ago

i agree try TNA they actually wrestle the matches are great they have some serious talent in the x division its fun to watch and most of all its entertaining check it out

they need to split the locker room in to faction and more backstage jumping and Boiler room matches. they arent doing a good job of emulating the past.
