I assume 1st interview was by phone??? If so, you will meet the lab management and possibly the plant or company management staff, depending on size of company.

You will have a tour of the facility, so ask how to dress. You will then be interviewed by 2-3 people, might even take you to lunch if interview is all day.

This is the typical format, but to make you more prepared and comfortable, ask the human resourse rep before the interview what to expect.

If you have had one interview and they called you in for a second, You are being looked at real hard for the job. I mean, Its no guarantee but I believe that you will be hired. They wouldn't be calling you in unless they were at least interested.
