hire a lawyer, ask for a hearing re guarding the judgment, and ask the lawyer what action to take on the ex doing these things. make a written statement to give to the school and keep a copy for you. Your ex is deliberately interfering with your custodial rights, Which your lawyer can file petitions in your behalf to make him stop doing these things or he might have to pay a fine! or have supervised visitation to ensure your child is returned home on time for school etc.

sounds like your ex is an a $$ too (so is mine). Not feeding his son to make you late. Your ex either needs to have the kids home Sunday night or drive them to school himself... Sounds like he would purpossely be late every school day just because he can and it makes you look bad.
good luck

You should not have been late for the court appointment no matter what your excuse was so you have to now live with that error on your part. It just has to be worked out between the two of you.. Is he paying support? If not, you should take him to court for that.. It may result in your getting a good lawyer in order to get just that.

Two sides to every story and we are hearing yours. Would be interesting to hear what he would say. Sounds like you wind him up and he you. Just as well you not together anymore. When you need to arrange things, be precise and factual. and keep talk to a minimum.

It is part of the game, when you are entangled in a marriage related case with your ex-husband. I think you must take it at your stride.
