Probably NOTHING can override that except in the case that you remarry. I hope that you are after him for child payments

No body can change it. If you have been married to someone for ten yrs. If you become disabled or divorced and are at retirement age Social Security will give you a portion of his benefits, it won't effect the amount he will receive but the law figures you were with him for at least ten years so you deserve it! check with your Social Security Office

first i would consult with my lawyer and find out what i can do civilan wise, then i woudl contact the nearest jag office and find out if there is a way to track him down by going through finance. never reeally had to deal with this before, as far as a retiree, but when the sponser is still in the military it tends to be easy. i wish you the best of luck. but my question is after he missed the first court date why hasn't the judge issues a warrent for his arrest?

Get a JOB!!! Stop trying to mooch off of others. obviously you did not do your part as a military spouse. JAG cannot help you here since they play no role in civil manners dealing with divorces.
Did you go with and help fight the war?!!!
That man earned and deserves every penny of his retirement, leave him alone!!
