It all depends on when was the last time they were cleaned. It is best if you clean them each time after cooking dinner, the stain comes off easily that way. If the stain hasn't been there for too long there is still ways to clean them using any kitchen cleaning products you can find at the shelve in the supermarket. Otherwise, u might just have to wait until you get a new set of cooking stove.

I have found that the best way to clean the stove is to start with a paste of baking soda and lemon juice mixed with a little water and then let that sit on the stove until it dries. Then you wipe it all off with a soft scrubber that won't harm the finish on the stove.

put a handless pot in the middle of your stove with vinigar in some water n set your oven for half an hour, keeping a eye on it and topping it up if it gets low... then u use baking soda n a clothe n rub over the oven but please let the oven cool down first. if this doesnt help then try gumpsion. but remember to rinse the oven well when your done.

I use bicarbonate of soda mixed with a bit of water to the consistency of peanut butter use a stick or disposable plastic knife in an ice cream container. Spread over affected area let dry then wipe off with a wet/damp paper towel. I havent tried it on the elements.

Use Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Duo. The soft, blue foam helps absorb odor, while you rinse it dry and clean with damp cloth or water. For product tips and details, you may also check out this site http://www.upkb.com/mrclean.php

IF IT IS A GAS STOVE, THROW THE BURNERS IN THE DISHWASHER. WHILE THAT IS GOING, MOISTEN THE TOP WITH A WET PAPER TOWEL OR SPONGE TO GET THE EXCESS CRUD OFF. THEN LET COMET (YES, THE BLU POWDER STUFF GRANDMA USED TO USE) & LET THAT SIT FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTS. THE BLEACH WILL SOAK IN & YOU DON'T NEED TO SCRUB HARD TO GET THE BAKED ON CRUD OFF. IF IT IS ELECTRIC, STILL UST THE COMET TO CLEAN UNDER THE BURNERS, THEN LINE IT WITH ALUMINIM FOIL. THEN JUST REPLACE WHEN IT GETS DIRTY.

A maid....maybe..... but seriously.....I had seen some program where they used foil and coke to clean some pretty dirty stuff.....it even made chrome look shinier than the chrome cleaner.
Try it...and let everyone know if work or I am an idiot.
