Unless I was the first to approach it.
1. I would pick it up
2. Remove any huge pile of dirt or Clean it up
3. Then run to you saying, "Hey Mister. Excuse me but you dropped your $20"
4. THEN give it back to you
BUT IF you are right near the "$20" THEN
I would know that you intended to drop it, playing a game, or EVEN showing a "magic trick"?

Honestly speaking , if u are very close to the cash, I will pick it up & return it to you. But if u have left in a hurry & theres no one around, I will pocket it. But I will also put the same bill into a church offetory box (I have done so b4 but there wasnt so much cash involved, maybe 5$ to charity)
