False dichotomy: Answer is both. Too much power (often) makes one stupid (or at least act stupid), due to not caring so much about what others think--they don't have as much power over one's life. If America doesn't pay attention to what's going on in Madagascar, it's not going to matter much to the average American. However, the lives of people in Madagascar are more affected by what the US does, so they are likely to pay attention, think things through more carefully, and hence seem less stupid.

Ask the nanny. She wish she ever get to study further for a better life. Now if you would let the nanny do your homework for you maybe she'll do better the next time she go for her exam.

Both...were like a mixture of everything. F/m the bully to the pu**y, to the arrogant kid to the naive kid, egomaniacal yet caring, genius but completely stupid................eventually it will lead to more chaos and fighting between each other b/c you can already see the hatred between libs and dems and all sorts of other groups.
