theres a classical piece by hans zimmer called (vide cor meum) its awesome.
its sad, transcending , and is good for sleeping.
it was played in the movie in the part where dr hannibal cuts out the guys brain and prepares a meal with it.

Ray LaMontagne songs - especially Jolene and Shelter. i mean it in a positive manner. they're great songs which are best listened to with eyes closed and mind at rest. the most relaxing songs ever sung by the man with the most relaxing voice. when the song stops, you'll fall asleep with a smile on your face.

i find easy listening music is good or old songs like frank sinatra, dean martin, tony benett or go out and get a classical music cd like mozart

any really slow songs and stuff like that like relaxing but I find it easy to sleep whilst listening to punk rock all though I like it.

"Green Sleeves" - Xenosaga Episode I soundtrack.
Peaceful, calm and serene, it's definitely one of my favorites to listen to while I rest, and hopefully one of yours.
