How would they absorb? If it is done randomly according to the laws of osmosis, then the situation might be different. But it does not happen in case of human population. Absorption is on the basis of qualification. If half of the talented people of India migrate to these countries then India would be poorer in terms of talents and they will get richer.

Answer: Firstly, the other parts will become multi-religious, multi-linguistic and multi-racial. Secondly, after seeing the 50 % human vacated land, they will forget and override the Family Planning Rules and will produce more than dozen per couple. Thirdly, there will be a ethnic competition amongst religious, casts and races for how to increase their own population.

Again they will presume that, 50% more will be absorbed in next turn and they will go on adding. Please don't pollute the entire globe.

If 50% Educated people are moved to another country those countries will be more powerful and rich when remaining 50% uneducated and goondas people will fight each other and ultimately everybody will die. Then we can shift those educated people back to India then India will become Super power. Good question and is automatically forwarded to PM of India for implementation.

It's impossible. Let's assume these sovereign countries would allow this imaginary resettlement. How do we cover the costs of transportation, housing , feeding, clothing,..If we have that much fund there wouldn't be the need to resettle them. I think the main problem is not scarcity of land.
The main problems:lack of good governance and its by products such as limited education and other poor infrastructure.
