Obviously you are depressed. You must root out the cause of the depression. There are two ways of approaching the probnlem. One is by philosophising the problem. Whatever eats your mind, quietly analyse and come to a conclusion. You need to come to terms with reality. Accept life as it comes and there is no point in moaning. It is easier said than done. At the practical level, you must try not to brood over the cirucumstances drinving you to this situation. Go out for some sight seeing. Get your attention diverted to some thing that interests you.

Yep, I'm not the only one then?! I'm trying counselling. It's to do with depression. Get some help from someone outside the circle.

I think you are depressed. Please consult a counsellor immediately because if left intreated it could get much worse!

On the side, try volunteering in old age homes or home for animals... these are thing which would require sympathy and empathy and ma6ybe you could get back to your normal self!

you get on a scary *** roaler coaster one that makes you almost shlt your pants, i got on the 1 that takes you straight up then does a straight drop, than when you get off you will feel alive and be glad that you are, or at least it does that 2 me

have a night out with your friends and loosen up. or go on a family trip to the mountians. no movies though. there isn't alot of emotion envolved.

Your under depression or stress..try getting help! its either that someone has hurted you badly or dat u have too much on ur mind!! Get Help!
