I would give up:

Wearing deodorant - because I would not be in terrible pain if I couldn't use deodorant anymore.

Wearing Shoes - because I'm not shaving my head, and feet weren't designed for shoes anyway.

Television - because I would not be in terrible pain if I couldn't see my television anymore.

My sense of taste - because you can still eat with no taste but you can't see with no sight.

Sex - because you can't answer questions on Yahoo Answers if you can't read, and I just gave up my tv.

My sense of humour - because it just wouldn't be funny if I were stupid.

And the last scenario is a catch 22, because if I gave up the ability to breathe I would, by default, give up you and everything else.

deodorant -- I don't really have BO I've been told.
wearing shoes -- dreads just wouldn't look right on me.
television -- my pets are like my kids!
sense of taste -- life would be a lot easier with vision
sex -- I wouldn't be able to have a decent career if I were illiterate
sense of humour -- being funny only goes so far.
you -- don't know you well enough to die for you ... yet

I'd give up t.v. for my pet if i had one. more love.
I'd give up taste. i cant imagine not being able to see all the beautiful things the world has to offer.
I'd give up the ability to read, I'd have other people help me read or tell me things and explain to them why i couldn't read. i think they'd understand ;)
I'd give up the sense of logic, i love to laugh.
