Where accurate information (FDA) should be equally distributed to all, why are regulations (that are passé) under consideration and even being imposed on NY ?

(Shouldn't policy makers be going after serious issues, like immigration, jobs, and so on ?)

Shouldn't life always be fair?

It comes down to lobbying and big business (or certain groups) having better advocates. I think people should have a conscience, but it seems that integrity, mindfullness and drive among policy makers is not as abundant as we'd like.
