So i'm at work cashiering and all, then all of a sudden i start to feel really out of it. It's hard to explain the feeling, just really out of it and hard to concentrate, or kinda like i was gonna pass out. It's the same feeling i would get after staying up 24 hours (although that's not the issue). I asked the front-end manager for some chocolate cause i thought it might be my blood sugar but that didn't help too much. Perhaps it's a blood pressure problem? What could the problem be?

This sounds like either low blood sugar (which might not be corrected by a chocolate bar, at least not for long) or low blood pressure. When did you eat last before you began to feel this way. Do you try to avoid salt, which is a good idea, but can be taken to an extreme and cause problems. Were you drinking adequate amounts of water. Dehydration can also cause the same symptoms. Lastly, as one answer suggested, you could be coming down with some illness, although I would hesitate to diagnose mono from your description. If the symptoms persist after a good night's sleep, a good meal and several glasses of water, then a visit to the doctor might be a good idea. Finally, if you are female and are have had very heavy menses for a few months, you could also have become anemic, which would make you more likely to feel this way, even if everything else was normal. Good luck

Try some milk next time, chocolate only if you can't stand regular. Candy can be a bit rough on your blood sugar, if that is the problem. Milk will provide more steady fuel.

You could just be fighting off a virus, but if it happens more, see your physician.

I think that a visit to the doctor for a check-up will be a good idea.
