This skirt....I want to make a lot of these, short like this and long like some of the skirts that Amy Lee(Evanescence) wears? Do you know how to make them? Please help me out.

The description in the link you provided already says how it was made - netting and ribbons sewn onto an elastic waistband. It is really very simple but a bit time consuming, all you do is take different colored netting and ribbons and sew them onto the waistband in a row, at 1/4 " intervals so the elastic can still stretch, or you can just use a fabric belt or sash from a robe or dress, sew on the fabric all the way around, leaving lengths at each end to tie around your waist ...the easiest way is to take an existing skirt and sew the netting and ribbons onto that..any sewing and crafts store should have everything you need and also be able to show you how to sew them on.

Have you gone to the fabric stores and looked at all the pattern books. Have you googled anything to see if there are any patterns online. There are tons and tons of sewing sites on the internet. Just a suggestion.
