here is a thought. if other countries have so many people they can't feed them it is nobody elses problem. in the US we have tons of people who live way below the poverty level and do without food. the US should worry about the people in the states before they even consider sending food to another country.

China is more popolous then us and it is feeding its populace and it is also the economic super-power of these times.
We can also do the same, provide food for all, and provided of course that we (and mainly our Govt.) gives priority to the development of the agricultural sector. It can do something before more of those depressed farmers commit suicides. Is the Govt. listening ???
But I think the control of our population is in the scope of the people, have 1-2 children for the newly weds. The Govt. schemes will not work fully in this matter.

Yessssssss and No;

yes-
when we are able to support - those fat & greedy politicians of all sizes, colours, castes, creed, even diff. nationalities ( ie favouring other countries than India) ; who says we don't have sufficient "FEED" ?

and a big NO!

all those above "Fat asses.. of all types" ; would not allow the FEED to go to common man, very systematically; since those bas**** are of one GRAND UNITED PARTY ; of which HUNGER is never satisfied.

its our real bad luck; even if we change them by VOTING in or out ! they are the same - under the skin!!!

or should we conclude - that even i would be the same when i reach the Parliament or the POWER ! i can't say for sure.
( even Amitabh Bacchan had to quit , why)

it needs soul-searching, where to begin!

many-ques!!!

Surely, this is the number one problem of India. Indians are doing something in this direction but it is not enough. If they fail to control it nature will take its course. The cause-effect phenomena will operate. The end result will again be cycled. The best course is to work at it hard and this ought to begin from each home.

YES.

Dr. Manmohan Singh,
P Chidambaram
Sonia Gandhi have very
large godowns, and have hoarded
all the foodgrains there.
They want the prices to rise first
and then sell at higher prices.
That is exactly, what they are
doing now.

India does not have a food problem. Far more serious problems in these countries are (a) access to clean water supplies, (b) malaria and (c) HIV-AIDS
