I think that any person, even traumatized by war, considers life a celebration. To celebrate that life by creating another, or re-building that country, is the only way we as human beings carry on and deal with this. Life is precious and even though we take life in war we try to attone for it with this celebration and bring something new to a war that has ended. A sidenote to this is that these country are still in this war and any help to rebuild and stop these war is necessary.

do it like we do it in africa... don't wear a condom...then the only thing you worry about is AIDS, but then you just do what the south african deputy president does after he rapes an HIV + woman - have a shower and think it will go away... or when you DO get HIV, rape a virgin, as they do here, believing that that would cure them...
