Hello,

yes u can get out of the lease, but time is important. Many companies have clauses that allow ppl to break their lease withing the first month if they r "satisfied". now the critical part is to show that u r not "satisfied". some1 cant say "i dont like the bathroom" that is not enough. BUT in your case, three breakins and a flea problem, is MORE than enough of a reason.

Read carefully ur contract (yes, i know its long, and i know its confusing, they r written this way, like most contracts, to confuse ppl not explain things to them), but u have to sit down and read it. It might not have a paragraph "satisfaction guarantee" but the paragragh will say something meaning either "termination" or "lease". By reading it, u will save urself alot of husle from all these problems.

Again, time is critical. Write down the dates that the breakins occured. Write down the date ur daughter had the problem(s) and then call and make an appointment w/the Manager. IF he is busy in the next couple of days, talk to the assistang mgr, but make sure she/he will pass it on to his/her boss. They have breached their contract w/u by having a flea problem.

If u have any more problems/questions plz feel free to contact me. These ppl are "a"holes, get out of there asap.

Nick

Did you file police reports? Do you have doctor bills for your daughter? Gather up this information and your lease and consult a lawyer. You have to have proof of your claims to break a lease.

Do the youngsters difficulty you? in the event that they do probability is they difficulty different tenants besides. If it extremely is the project you ought to communicate you issue(s) to the administrative in a deferential way. you ought to be waiting to persuade different tenants to connect up a letter to the administrative or proprietor besides.in case your cellular homestead park has a tenant's committee or another tenant's corporation they could be waiting that can assist you. Small adjustments like them having the youngsters play farther removed from the cellular residences could make a super distinction on your high quality of life and that i do no longer think of you ought to hassle relating to the legality of the placement. using fact this guy or woman is the administrative I doubt you will possibly get everywhere with soliciting for that he be held to a similar policies as tenants.

I'm not a lawyer and I don't know the terms of your lease, but I think you should move! Read your lease and consult a lawyer or the legal aid society.
