I've been married 3 years now and really love my wife, all of those 3 years I've had an affair wih a co-worker. I really don"t feel that bad about cheating,cause I love my wife.I've been thinking of telling her but I think it might destroy our marriage, what should I do?

From a "wife" who has been there:
If I don't already know about your co-worker, I will find out, sooner or later, whether you tell me or not.
If you don't know why you've cheated on me, you have some more growing up to do.
Our "marriage" is null and void, because there was no marriage to begin with. At least from your end of the bargain. You have broken your promise to me. Your actions are not love, they're abuse, degradation, disrespect, and downright nastiness towards another human being. No matter how sincere you may be in your pleas for me to believe otherwise, I will not believe you had any love for me, even from the beginning.
I will never trust you again, ever.
I pray there are no children yet...this would make your behavior towards me even worse.
Not feeling bad about this because you "love" me is your excuse for despicable behavior towards not only me, but our friends, family, and the society we belong to. Think again. If this were really true, you would've included me in your game plans. As you haven't yet, you do know you're doing something wrong, which makes you even more vicious than you already are.
What did I do to deserve such hatred from you? And it is hate, you know. You know this as well as you know where you live.
Decide to make a positive change. Let me go to find someone who will love me for me, not because I happen to be around to pick up your ****! Find happiness with your co-worker if you choose...or not. It will no longer be with me.

Its probably one of those situations where having sex and being with the other chick makes your relationship with your wife 10x better. Seems likes this chick is filling in the holes your wife is leaving open. The fact is dude, what happens if your wife is doing the same thing to you?? What if she is sleeping with the local mailman or a co-worker?? How would you feel if she told you or you found out? Exactly!!!! So Stop if you truly love your wife and cut that "extra-curricular coochy" out of the picture. I would not tell her because it would most likely be a wrap if you did. Let it die out.
The only problem that will occur is this. Once you cut Ms. Co-Worker out of the picture, what are you going to do when Wifey starts tripping? Having that 2ND woman is like a drug. But dude u have to Detox and "Be a MAN and HUSBAND".

ofcourse that where its heading, just end that realationship because its only 40 day, 40 nights to chat a cheater and you will regret doing that if you have any problem with your wife and things dont go the same way it reasonable for you to see someone else but things are okay my friend dont regret about it and it will be sooner than you imagine three years is not much the time you will have a problem with your co worker thats when you will understand you cannot serve two masters as the same time so my dear stop it as soon as you can for you to enjoyed your marriage if you were not ready you could not tige the knot you could enjoyed yourself.when the problem occurs dont blame anyone because it will be too late.

Dang! Ok, if you REALLY do LOVE your wife, then I guess I'd say.........and this is hard for me to say as I"ve been cheated on.............then DO NOT TELL HER and STOP FOREVER your cheating on her.
If you find you can't stop, then I believe you should QUESTION your love for your wife. Ask yourself: Would I want my son to define love like this? Would I want my wife to define love like this? Would I believe my wife could cheat on me for 3 yrs and still love me? Why do I cheat with THIS woman? Does this other woman matter to me more than I've admitted to myself in the past or do I just need ANY other woman? If I just need ANY other woman, does that mean I have a sex addiction? Or that I'm not ready for marriage and need to date more?

dont tell her, it will definitely destroy the marriage and there is a possibility she will stop trusting you.. and when that trust is gone, we all dont know what is gonna happen...
