I like it a lot but I think the whole content ( what i mean was the sequences of the story)was forgettable because Coelho's writing style is very deep that you have to concentrate a lot or else you will get lost.
What I didn't forget though was the line that: " when you want something, all the universe conspires to get you what you want.."
How easy could life be if I only knew what I want. Gives me a lot of hope.

I read it because my brother was raving about Paulo C. and this books, and he figured I'd like it since I love to read. To be honest, it wasn't the best book I've ever read…definitely not the worst, but not worth all the adoration either in MY opinion.

I read the book about two years ago and have since read many other books but i guess it will always be my favourite. In fact, i enjoyed it so much i have become a die-hard fan of the author and have gone on to read his other books as well. Eleven Minutes and The Zahir is nice too.

I didn't like it much, spiritual books are not my favourites, but it wasn't bad. Probably that's Coelho's best work, it's simple, easy to understand, and the desert is a great sceneario for the story.

Years ago. I have learned how to manifest what I need, sometimes I regress. It is not easy to being the only one ho knows these things...
