How to preserve a pumpkin after its carved? They seem to rot quick?

Hey, after you carve it, put Vaseline on the cuts. It will seal the cuts and make it last about 3-4 days longer.

Spray them all over with lemon juice. Or dunk it in shellac if you want a long-term, shiny jack-o-lantern.

Cheapest is to just put a candle in it and take a picture.
