When I was pregnant with my daughter. My husband was all gung-ho to have a baby, but when I finally got pregnant with my daughter, after 3 miscarriages and countless ovulation tests, he treated me like crap through the whole pregnancy! After, while he obviously loves her, he still treated me as if I did something wrong. Big, dumb jerk! We're getting divorced.

The last time I felt betrayed was when I allowed the girlfriend of one of my husbands' old classmates stay at our house after the guy graduated and went away to work out at sea. The girl stayed with us a short time until he started getting his pay checks, and stole my childrens' DVD player for the car, a new pair of Nike's, and a ring and necklace set that I'd bought my daughter for her 13th b-day, and destroyed the lock on my brand new Yukon to make it look like someone else did it. All of the damages total (not to mention supporting her for a month) were over $1,700.00.

a couple hours ago. I set myself up with a promise from someone who has proved unreliable in the past...and almost paid for it.
I amof course annoyed at him...but far more annoyed at self.
Expectation of this type breeds disappointment...everytime.

The problem is not being betrayed by another...the problem is betraying myself by constantly seting myself up. That is what I need to work on.

I hope you will get through those feelings of betrayal...
those feelings suck eggs. Or in plain english...it hurts.

Four years ago when I found out that the man I loved and whom I was planning to get married to was not only married already, but has other women on the side besides me.

I am totally over that phase in my life and it was an experience that taught me a lot in life.
