what is bank recuritment?

in my interview they ask this question i am not that much familiar with that answer so i want the answer for that

'Recruitment' means appointing right person for the right job based on his/her qualification, experience etc, so bank recruitment means appointing a right person for the purpose of banking operations in a procedural way that the bank opts.
