Hum... such a good question.

I say that because I have been accused of being an extremist because I am far left; therefore, it is difficult for me to answer this question.

You see, I believe in my cause. I believe in my 'beliefs' and I believe that if others were to follow me, this world would be a better place. I am sure my opposing side of extremists believe the same.

Now with all that said, I am intelligent enough to recognize that most ppl are not extremists... most ppl are pretty much the middle of the road with a few beliefs here and there that lean one way or the other.

So, I think compromise is the best road to hoe... some sort of middle ground. Believe it or not, most ppl don't realize or have not studied the fact that Bill Clinton was not a liberal. He was very moderate. He signed into law things like making marriage between a man and woman, restricting welfare to two - four years in a lifetime and Nafta.

My point is that while I do not agree with any of those, most ppl are middle of the road, like he was, and voted for him. Middle of the road seems to appeal to most.

When a person starts preaching extremes one way or the other, they automatically lose part of their audience. Ppl, in general, will stay and at least listen to a person trying to stay fair on certain issues.
