I am an Australian, and actually, some people DO get sponsored, but I beleive it is extremely difficult to hook up with a firm willing to do this. Best of luck to you. I hope you find someone.

Australians never sponsor any one.
Moreover, at this age, why you want
to migrate to that country.
If you are practising in Mumbai, what
is the need at this age?
For a better prospect, please look
for some senior lawyer in Delhi to
work with, initially. And can become
independant after 1/ 2 years and
make Rs.100000 pm+. I know many
Bihari lawyers, who makes similar
amount of money, after initially
working for 2 years, they have made
houses and wealth for themselves.
