Kid as in baby goat? That is what they drink the blood from, and baby goats, or their survivors, have difficulty obtaining legal representation.

Kid as in child? You could, I suppose, but unless you keep at least one as a pet, you can always claim the child brought it with them.

All Chupacabras are included in the Leash Law, look it up! If your Chupacabra was loose and you knew the child was there and didnt restrain the Chupacabra, then yes, sued and screwed-lol Happy Halloween!

Get pictures! The Enquirer (or the Weekly World News) will pay you good money for pictures of one of those! More than enough to cover any lawsuits, even!

(By the way.....are chupacabras a big problem in your neighbourhood.....?)

It depends on the state. I believe that Yeti and Sasquatch mammals are exempt because they are protected in the Pacific NW. Aliens...well, I won't even go there. In NJ, I hear Devil attacks can be exempt if you have a sign in your yard "Warning: Possible Devil Attacks". If you have pictures, sell them to the Weekly World News and take the cash and settle out of court.

Yup. It is your property, so you are responsible for what happens there.

If you find one of those little Goat-Suckers on your property, keep it alive, as it is probably worth a bunch of money.
