If I work 32 hours per week, am I still considered full-time?

Hello,
In California you have to work 40 hours to be considered a full-time employee.

no! go to http:// www.first.gov - the main listing for government agencies and look up the Department of Labor. Full time work is 40 hours a week, ANYTHING LESS is part time. (even if you're working 39.5 hours a week!)

40 hours is usually considered full-time. 32 hours and above qualifies you for certain benefits.
