there are dormitories available in Metro Manila. like in Taft Tower hotel, they are accepting bed spacers or if you can afford, you can occupy the whole room alone. they have 2 occupants in a room or 4 or 8 and so on. its cheap because their rate is for students level

where in manila? theres a lot of nice decent cheap dormitories and apartments almost anywhere. depends on your taste. Mostly near school areas, try University belt.

i got a good price by calling local travel agents , they are good at finding bargains and only charge you a booking fee . theres a trick to it but i found out by trying online to find cheap flights .
